Taylor Pass Wellbeing Iceblocks

Prep Time , Makes 4.

Made too much smoothie? Use your overflow smoothie mix – we like chia in ours for extra protein – as your iceblock tips! Or a healthy store-bought smoothie will work too. Now THAT’s a TIP!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups Greek-style yogurt (could also use coconut yoghurt)
  • 1 tablespoon Taylor Pass UMF5+ Manuka Honey
  • 1 bottle Cacao Protein Smoothie (we used Chia Sisters)
  • 1 bottle Chia Smoothie (we used Chia Sisters)

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt and honey in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Half-fill your ice block moulds. Place in the freezer until frozen.
  3. Fill 2 moulds with the Cacao Protein Smoothie until full and the other 2 with the Chia Smoothie. Place in the freezer.
  4. After approximately 1 hour, when semi-frozen, insert the wooden ice block sticks. Continue freezing until completely frozen.
