Lamb Honey & Mint Croissants

Ingredients:
Croissant filling:
- Lamb
- Fresh Croissants
- Desired fillings (we used lettuce and tomato!)
Lamb Glaze:
- 2-3 mint leaves finely chopped
- 3 table spoons white wine vinegar
- 200mls water
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Taylor Pass Manuka honey
Method:
- Mix together all ingredients for the lamb glaze.
- Coat the lamb with your glaze and cook.
- Once cooked, assemble your croissants with your desired fillings!
- Serve and enjoy!
