Lamb Honey & Mint Croissants

Croissant filling:

  • Lamb
  • Fresh Croissants
  • Desired fillings (we used lettuce and tomato!)

Lamb Glaze:

  • 2-3 mint leaves finely chopped
  • 3 table spoons white wine vinegar
  • 200mls water
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Taylor Pass Manuka honey



  1. Mix together all ingredients for the lamb glaze.
  2. Coat the lamb with your glaze and cook.
  3. Once cooked, assemble your croissants with your desired fillings!
  4. Serve and enjoy!
