Maker's Mark Taylor Pass Honey Gold Rush

A blend of two B Corp brands and a sweetly sustainable twist on the classic whisky sour.

Serves 1


  • Ice cubes, for shaker
  • 45ml Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whisky
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 20ml Taylor Pass honey syrup (2 parts honey:1 part water)
  • Lemon twist, to garnish
  • Large ice cubes, for serving 

To make:

Chill serving glass.

Add ice, Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whisky, lemon juice and the Taylor Pass Honey syrup to a shaker. Shake well for 30 seconds.

Add large ice cube to serving glass, then strain liquid from shaker into glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
