Mānuka Honey and Greek Yoghurt Fruit Popsicles

Prep Time , Serves 6.


  • 1 cup Greek Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup fresh cream
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Taylor Pass UMF5+ Mānuka honey
  • Frozen fruit as desired to flavour popsicles (we’ve used diced mango, blueberries and raspberries)


  1. Whisk together the yoghurt, cream and honey until smooth.

  2. Spoon mixture into your ice block moulds.

  3. Drop chunks of fruit in between each spoonful.

  4. Use a skewer to eliminate any air bubbles you might have.

  5. Insert wooden sticks and place in the freezer until completely frozen.
