Plant-based Eggnog with Mānuka Honey

Prep Time , Serves 2-3.


  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1 cup runny coconut cream
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Pinch ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon good quality vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon (or more) Taylor Pass UMF5+ Mānuka honey
  • Optional garnishes: star anise, cinnamon stick


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour into small glasses. Add ice if desired.
  3. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
